Tocco's finance reports filed, and the signature has changed again

Due to the tremendous pressure put on him for his overdue reports, Tocco finally filed.
His campaign Treasurer has once again experienced a miraculous transformation of her signature. After about three years of her signature being stable and not matching the document she signed before a notary, we now see that her signature once again resembles that original signature. Go figure...
Of course, it had been announced on both this web site and in the Observer that this discrepancy exists, so perhaps someone decided to be a bit more careful. Still, there has to be an explanation for three years of the signature not matching. We call upon Tocco to provide an explanation.
